Shipping policy, the honest version

Shipping is free to all 50 US states.

Most of our products ship directly from our supplier warehouses, and delivery takes 2 to 3 weeks. A few items ship from US warehouses and arrive in about a week. Each product page tells you which is which, before you order, not after.

You will get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships, and you can follow it the whole way.

If your order has not arrived within 30 days, write us at goatgoatgoatsupport@gmail.com and we will refund or reship it, your choice.

We currently ship to United States addresses only. We do not ship to PO boxes on some items.
