How returns work

Email us your order number and what went wrong. A real person replies within one business day with simple instructions. If an item arrives damaged or defective, send us a photo and we will send a replacement or refund you in full. You will not be asked to mail a damaged item back.

Cancellations

Changed your mind? Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will cancel and refund in full. After that your order may already be on its way, but the 30-day guarantee still covers you.

Refund timing

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval.
